Guiding you from design to launch

I will handle the entire website development for your project, providing comprehensive website development services. I will use your idea to craft a website within your requirements, ensuring a successful launch. My website development phase consists of the following steps:

Discovery

The first stage of a comprehensive website design and development project is discovery. In short, it’s a learning process. I will gather as much information about you as possible for our website design and development project. I will need to know your organization, goals, users, features, and functionality your website needs. With all the information gathered, I will start laying the groundwork for optimizing the site. The discovery phase will begin with information gathering and discussions that further define the goals of the new website, identify key user roles, and detail the functionality required for the finished product, all as part of our website design and development process.

Strategic Architecture

At this stage, I will make recommendations for user experience and information architecture, including sitemaps, core features and functionality, and how to display content in an intuitive, engaging, and purposeful way.

Creative / UI Design

In the third stage, this is where the fun begins! I will use my creative talent to build design concepts for your homepage. I will use fundamental limitations in color or typography to get creative with background elements, images, spacing between page elements, and animations to help determine the look and feel of the website. Once the homepage is approved and the overall look of the site is locked in, we’ll design the rest of the pages needed for the website.

Programming

I will use the appropriate programming language and test all code in the latest version of the specified browser. I make sure your website is mobile and tablet friendly. This is a crucial step in building a professional website.

Accuracy Evaluation / Quality Control

Stage 5 is one of the most critical steps. This step is when I review all aspects of the site before it goes live. This includes reviewing all features and content. I make sure all expectations are met. After a thorough QA process, clients are trained on the backend system and will have the opportunity to review and submit any bugs found during the QA process on a very easy-to-use tracking system platform.

Launch

With the launch plan in place, the final stage of the project is the public launch of the site. This includes checking all files and confirming one last time that everything is visible, accurate and functional as it is on the development server.
